Restraining Orders

Family law litigation often involves the need for protection of property or from the other party, or restraints to govern behavior moving forward.  Commonly referred to as "restraining orders" there are actually several different types of restraining or protection orders that individuals can obtain in Court.  These include Restraining Orders in Family Law Matters, Domestic Violence Protection Orders, Sexual Assault Protection Orders and Anti-Harassment Protection Orders.  Each type of order brings varying degrees of relief or protection for the individual seeking the order depending upon the specific situation.
